And luckily, you’ll be able to give him some love at Myth on October 21st! It’s hard to explain Diplo’s career in just a short paragraph, but since his DJ start in 1997, he has been one of the leading artists in the creation of trap music and the movement of trap music towards the mainstream. He has collaborated with artists such as MIA, Shakira, Robyn, Kid Cudi, Bruno Mars, Snoop Dogg, and many more! He is also one of the founding creators and members of Mad Decent, one of the biggest trap and moombhaton labels ever to exist. Diplo is also one of the four members of Major Lazer and half of the gigantic producing duo Jack Ü, allowing him to mess with all different genres, not just the Diplo-style trap sound. As I said, it’s hard to sum up everything Diplo has done into one paragraph, and the list of his accomplishments is just going to get larger and larger. So make sure to grab your tickets now for his show at Myth on October 21st!

Giraffage @ Fine Line Music Cafe 12/17/16

After over two years of anxiously waiting for his return, Giraffage will be playing his first show in Minneapolis itself at Fine Line Music Cafe on December 17th! One of the most prominent artists in the melodic indie movement, Giraffage has fine-tuned a sound that’ll make you smile, tear up, and sway throughout the dance floor the entire night! His polyrhythmic tracks often sound like they’re from completely different artists, with one track being super uppity and fast-tempo to another track being super mellow and down-tempo. And his artistic creativity has sure gained him some insane recognition, playing festivals such as EDC, Holy Ship, MDBP, and Made In America after only being around as an artist for less than five years. We are super excited to be hosting Giraffage for his first headlining show in Minneapolis, and with his latest release coming out only four days ago, we are pumped to see what new tracks he throws our way at Fine Line Music Cafe on December 17th!
