Flosstradamus, the DJ duo consisting of two producers Josh Young (J2K) and Curt Cameruci (Autobot), has been shaping the trap scene since the early 2000’s. Starting their careers in Chicago, Floss gained popularity very quickly by earning a spot in UBR’s Top 100, and by DJ’ing for events in the Chicago area. After fans experienced their sets for the first time, which consisted of dance music mash-ups, Floss quickly became a favorite in Chicago’s underground EDM scene, selling out almost every show.
With their heavy trap/hip-hop style, Flosstradamus creates a high-energy atmosphere. This dynamic duo brings such energy to the crowd, even the Chicago Police Department banned the pair from playing at Mad Decent Block Party in Chicago in August of 2014 due to their crowds at West Fest having too much fun, and allegedly starting a riot.
With their hit songs such as ”Too Turnt Up,” “Rollup,” and “Mosh Pit,” fans can expect an energy at the Skyway Theater rarely seen especially on Tuesday night.
Now on the #HDYNATION fall tour since the beginning of November with GTA, Curtis Williams and Two-9, their tour entails 20 stops throughout the United States, including their hometown of Chicago.
After creating a well-known name for themselves, Flosstradamus has played at some of the biggest music festivals in the Unites States including Coachella, Spring Awakening, Ultra, and Electric Daisy Carnival. Grab your tickets and mark your calendars! This show will be one for the books. November 25th at Skyway Theater in Minneapolis.
