Loudpvck, a trap-producing duo from Los Angeles, has been slaying the dance scene for years with remixes and original tracks galore. After tearing it up at The Loft back in January, they are coming back for round two at The Loft on July 23rd!

Back in 2009, producers Kenneth Blume and Ryan Marks were brought together at Berklee College of Music and started producing tracks together. Soon after, they put some original tracks up on Soundcloud and became an overnight sensation! Since then, their success has completely skyrocketed. They released an official remix for Nervo and Dada Life, were added to the Deckstar Management roster, and were invited multiple times to play on BBC Radio 1. They have also collaborated with other ground-breaking artists such as Gladiator, Paper Diamond, and A$AP Ferg. Since their beginning, Loudpvck have been marking their territory in the scene, with no end in sight!

The reason Loudpvck have climbed to where they’re at so quickly is because they stand out from the trap scene and are willing to experiment in ways other trap producers won’t risk. Their sound goes from extremely heavy, grimy trap music that will shake the floor of the club till it starts to crumble, like in their track “Tony” with Gladiator, to slower, nastier trap that makes you feel each droplet of sweat as it falls of your body, such as in their track, “NV$TY”. They also test the bass-heaviness in their tracks, going so heavy and loud that it almost wouldn’t be considered as trap. Take their remix of “Asphyxiation” by AutoErotique for example: the song starts off as if it’s going to be a heavy dubstep song, with a slow introduction that quickly leads to a drop. The song then pauses for a quick lyric before the heavy bass drops and makes the head-bang scenario, blurring the line between trap and dubstep.

2015 has also been a huge year for Loudpvck, with them touring all over North America and working on their Soudpvck volumes, the forth demo of which was released just a few days ago! Almost every month, they have released a new track or remix, making sure trap fans always have something new to listen to! They are also releasing a new single with Zeds Dead on July 17th on Mad Decent. Loudpvck is constantly releasing new material, keeping their sets fresh for every show!

Loudpvck is a well-established couple of producers that have been shaking the dance scene for over 5 years! With a sound that can go from extremely heavy and powerful to slow and grimy, and with a tendency to frequently release new music, Loudpvck gets better and better with every time you see them! So get your trap attire and energetic vibes on deck, and let’s welcome these SoCalers back up north on July 23rd at The Loft!
