Pleasurekraft is a funky new-age duo from Stockholm that has been quickly climbing the tech house charts. Kaveh Soroush and Kalle Ronngardh arrive for the first time in Minneapolis on March 20th!
Starting in 2009, Pleasurekraft jumped into the spotlight with their first track being played on Pete Tong’s Essential Mix. In 2010, Pleasurekraft blew up with their track “Tarantula,” zooming past releases from Tiësto, Axwell, and Swedish House Mafia to the #1 overall position on Beatport for a month!
Pleasurekraft has away of using minimalistic beats and unique melodic sounds to transport the dance floor to different places. For example, take their song “Sinister Strings,” which premiered on Mixmag about a year ago. They combine wind chimes, sharp violin notes, and water droplets to transform the dance floor into a rave of the undead, creating a creepy yet upbeat sound that makes the crowd go wild!
Just two months ago, Pleasurekraft released a three-song remix EP with artists Jaceo and Vedic. Although the songs are remixed by another producer, every track still has the Pleasurekraft vibe that makes you want to shuffle through the club floor. Download it for free below and get hyped for March 20th!
They have only been around for a few years, but Pleasurekraft has been tearing up the charts and going straight to the top. With unique samples to transport you, and with hard beats to keep you moving ‘til the sun comes up, Pleasurekraft will be the light of your night!
