I am back again with another edition of Windsor’s Weekly. Hope everyone is ready for Spring because it finally looks like the sunshine and warmer weather are here to stay! Jumping right into this week, my first track is the newest work from the Swedish legend, Eric Prydz and the track is titled “Liberate.” This guy makes some of the best progressive house and some pretty awesome techno under his Cirez D moniker. I have been to close to 200 dance music events and his EPIC 2.0 show that I saw in Chicago this past Novemeber was the BEST show I have ever seen. From his song selection, mixing skills, and epic stage production (no pun intended), my mind was blown away. Following “Liberate” we have a new preview for an upcoming single from Mark Knight. This is one is titled “The Return of Wolfy” and is surely going to be a house anthem this summer. I always love Mark Knight’s work and this tune is right up there with the rest of them, brilliant. After that we have one hell of a remix from Amtrac. He took to remixing the Depeche Mode’s single “Should Be Higher” and of course the results are nothing short of spectacular. This one is a free download too, so be sure to grab that if you are feeling the track! Finally, wraping up this edition of Windsor’s Weekly we have the mind blowing JackU set (Skrillex and Diplo) from last weekend at Ultra 2014 in Miami. If you have yet to hear this set, I suggest going to the gym and throwing on the hour mix and start going to town. This one is full of energy and will have you begging for more by the end of the hour long mix. It’s definitely a treat to see one of these guys throw down a dj set, but man, catching them both, this JackU collab is something else! If they keep up their productions and focus more on the Jack U collab rather than their solo projects, I am willing to bet that they could be the next Swedish House Mafia of the bass music realm. Anywho, that’s all for this week, be easy and catch everyone back here in 7 days!
